How does the free tier work?

The free tier gives you full Chrome Extension protection — URL scanning, search ratings, and email shield — for yourself. Genuinely free, no credit card, no expiry. Guardian monitoring requires the Family plan.

What counts as a protected family member?

Any person you link to your guardian account. They use SCYUR on their own device and you receive alerts for their detections. Their protection is covered under your guardian subscription — they don't need their own paid plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel anytime from account settings. Annual plans continue until the end of the billing period. No retention flows, no questions.

Does SCYUR see what websites my family visits?

SCYUR only logs URLs when the score is 10 or above (a detected risk). Routine browsing on safe whitelisted sites is never logged. Only the guardian can see the activity log — it is not shared with SCYUR or any third party.

How is SCYUR different from antivirus or a VPN?

Antivirus catches malware after download. VPNs hide traffic but don't detect scam content. SCYUR identifies scam websites, fake support pages, phishing emails, and brand impersonation in real time — and adds a guardian layer so someone who loves you is always watching.

Do both Android and iOS apps come with Family?
